Mr Shah is a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association as a senior lawyer, and is regulated by the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) at level 3. He has been an Advocate High Court in Pakistan too. BIOGRAPHY
Harmandip is law enthusiast, with extensive knowledge on European Legal Matters, he is pursuing his studies at King’s College London. Harmandip has been training with Mr. Shah to assist with a variety of immigration matters. He is a fountain of knowledge which allows him to comprehend highly complicated legal matters and interpret problems with a thorough eye on details. Under Mr. Shah’s guidance he has grown very fond of legal procedures, and endeavours to achieve excellent results in every field he pursues. He performs extensive researches to aid the applications. He is a multi-lingual, speaking Italian, English, Spanish, Punjabi and Hindi.

MARIA PINEDA- PARALEGAL AND ADMIN
BIOGRAPHY
Maria is a bilingual paralegal at 786 Law, she speaks Spanish and English, she is a Peruvian British; she is training with Mr. Shah; Maria has expertise on Spanish-speaking countries immigration processes. She also deals with Schengen Visa Applications. Maria is extremely passionate about the legal industry and in particular of the new measures it has taken. Maria takes great pride in helping others in legal matters. She is now undergoing training to further her expertise and build new approaches to tackle legal issues. Maria is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive (CILEX)

MRS OLATOKUNBO LAH
BIOGRAPHY
Olatokunbo Lah is a Black British of African background. She has great love and passion for Law right from when she was in Nigeria and that has motivated her to study her first and second degrees in combined Business & Law as well as LLM in International Business Law both at University of East London, UK. She later obtained a Postgraduate Diploma/Continuing Professional Education in Legal Studies from London South Bank University. She has special interest in Immigration Law and as such she is now undergoing training to become an astute immigration law practitioner. She is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive.
